First of all, the composition is great, the way the tree is in the center makes it seem very important. Also how unsaturated the clouds in the skies are makes the whole picture seem vintage and gives off this 'memory' kind of feeling. The bushes on the sides however seem to distract the subject. If possible, I would suggest photoshopping it out of the frame, this will make the tree look even more outstanding. In a field out in nowhere, appears a tree. The tall enormous tree will then stand out even more and look even bigger. I have noticed how you gave it some vignette effects, it does work out however some parts of it do not appear as much as other parts, I would work on trying to balance the tone. Other than that, I must say it is an excellent shot!
